• Data Scientist position within Self-Learning Car Team
• Liaise with business and engineering customers to gather their requirements and deliver tailored data products (reports, visualisations etc.)
• Influence stakeholders’ decision making by providing high quality data products (reports etc)
• Run data experiments
• Pull and clean data
• Analyse data
• Perform the statistical inference or prediction – develop visualisations
• Communicate the results
• Implement concept algorithms and models
• Interact with the data engineers
• Deliver data products in a timely manner

1. Ability to carry out all stages of data science project to support complex business and engineering decision making
2. Solid statistics and machine learning knowledge
3. Strong Python/R programmer

• A degree in statistics, biostatistics, quantitative engineering (e.g. physics), computer science
